My Story
A Life in Palm Beach County Real Estate
Third-generation Floridian. In the family business since high school.
Jonathan is a third-generation Floridian who has lived and worked in Palm Beach County his whole life. He entered real estate in 2000 and took over Woolf Realty in 2016. Along the way he earned his HVAC certification from Palm Beach State College and built hands-on experience in construction, property rehab and investment properties, knowledge his clients benefit from every day. He holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, has been recognized as the #1 Realtor in the Town of Lantana, and lives by CANI: constant and never-ending improvement.
Jonathan's faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of his life. Having overcome significant personal challenges and maintained long-term sobriety, he is passionate about mentoring others, serving in recovery communities and helping men grow spiritually through The Forge, a Christian men's ministry focused on biblical leadership, accountability and encouragement.
He and Heather have two grown children, Kaelan and Elyannah, and attend Christ Fellowship. When he is not working you will find him on the water surfing, wakeboarding, boating, fishing, diving or paddle boarding, or with family at the cable ski park at Okeeheelee Park. His motto: love, pray, and support each other.
