Commission & Fees

Real Estate Commission & Fees

Commission is always negotiable, and we're happy to talk through fees and strategy with you. Our standard way of doing business is a 6% listing commission, and we pay the buyer's broker out of that. We don't charge any extra fees on top of our commission. No transaction fee. If we procure the buyer, we reduce our commission to 4.5%, saving you 1.5% of the sales price. We believe we're worth every dime. On deal after deal, we save our clients time and money, and give them peace of mind from listing to closing.
