Experienced Real Estate Agent
Producing Sales Associate | $4M+ Annual Production Preferred
This opportunity is completely different.
Woolf Realty is looking for an experienced, producing real estate professional who already understands the business and has an established pipeline.
We're generally looking for agents producing approximately $4 million or more in annual closed sales volume, although we're open to talking with the right person whose experience, pipeline and goals make sense.
This is not an entry-level real estate position.
We're looking for someone who knows how to prospect, follow up, work a database, represent buyers and sellers, negotiate, manage contracts and transactions, and move business toward the closing table.
Broker support is available when you need it. We don't expect anyone to know everything. But we're looking for a professional who can perform without needing constant supervision or hand-holding.
What Woolf Realty Brings to the Table

Commission Split
We're intentionally not advertising a generic commission split.
An agent producing $4 million, $8 million or $15 million doesn't necessarily bring the same business to the table or need the same things from a brokerage.
Our first meeting is about fit—not commission splits.
We want to learn about you, your production, your existing pipeline, how you currently generate business, what you're looking for from a brokerage and where you want to take your career.
If we both believe Woolf Realty could be a good fit, we'll have a second meeting specifically to discuss and negotiate your commission structure.
Our splits will be competitive and designed to reward productive agents.
